Our cosy sea view rooms have all the facilities you would expect to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Booking a garden and sea facing room really allows you to appreciate our stunning location. These rooms are not available as twins but offer comfortable double beds, are well furnished and come with en suite shower and wc.

These rooms are pretty similar to our compact cosy hotel rooms, the difference being that you have wonderful views out across our gardens with sea peeks through the trees.

Temporary Closure until 4th July- COVID 19 

In line with government advice about avoiding non-essential travel, and the continued risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus we have extended our temporary closure until the 4th July inclusive. 

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and take advice from the appropriate authorities, and we will only reopen when it is clear that it is safe to do so. If this means that we have to extend the closure beyond 4th July, we will ensure we update this page.

What this means is that we will now have to defer all bookings for anyone who was planning to visit us during the temporary closure period.

Rebook for a future date: We very much look forward to the day when all of this is over and we can welcome you back to the Balmoral – With this in mind, we are looking upon this as a postponement, not a cancellation.

 We very much hope you will want to postpone your holiday and rearrange it for a later date. You can therefore move your booking to any available date this year, we will retain your deposit to be used against this amended booking.  Please check our website for various deals and offers we have running we may be able to move your booking to the same or similar offer.

If you elect to move your booking to a date with a different seasonal rate, we will need to charge you the new rate, which may be higher or lower, depending on which season you choose.

If you have booked with a voucher then we can move your booking to another off-peak period – which will now be the Autumn. (October onwards)
