• We couldn’t detect any major customer service problems, nor recurring or unresolved issues.

Re-Opening Monday 6th July 2020

We are delighted to confirm that we will be re-opening the hotel and our restaurant on Monday 6th July. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal customers for their patience and understanding and for all the support you have shown us over the last four months.

Although your next stay with us will be slightly different, it will still be the same calm and peaceful, relaxing and restorative place you have come to know and love. A place where you can not only unwind, but enjoy great food and hospitality.

Be confident and reassured that we are providing an environment which conforms to government guidelines and industry best practices and will be as safe and secure as we can possibly make it. The health and well-being of everyone who visit us, as well as or staff remains our overriding priority

Initially, in order to ensure we can maintain the required social distance, we will only be open to guests booked to stay here in the hotel. It has seemed a long time since we closed our doors back in late March and so it will be a great joy to see our customers returning.
