Some of the best military and civilian airshow performers will soar through the skies over Torbay in June 2017 and will be complimented by a host of activities on the ground.
As well as the entertainment in the skies over the bay, Paignton Green will host our event village where visitors can expect to find exhibition stands, bars, food stalls, experiential activities, kids areas and much more.
The action-packed flying programme will take place over two full afternoons on Saturday and Sunday.
This year displays from the RAF will include the first display of the season from the world’s premier acrobatic team, the Red Arrows, as well as the Typhoon jet and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight aircraft; the Hurricane Hawker, Avro Lancaster and Supermarine Spitfire.
In addition to these military craft we’ll also have the Tigers Freefall Parachute Display Team, world aerobatic competitor Gerald Cooper in his Extreme XA41, the Gyro Display, the Raven Aerobatic team, the Strikemaster, the Piston Provost and former British Female Aerobatic Champion Lauren Richardson in the Pitts Special.
Details of the ground displays for the 2017 Torbay Airshow will be announced shortly.
