Contestants take part in a sports round with the British Army, arrange sponsored Gifts to be donated to charity and attend a beach beauty shoot.
Or join in yourself by creating an outfit for the Eco Show, perform in the Talent round, have a photoshoot with the Fresh Academy or take part in the Aftershock Top Model Round.
