Being held once again at Occombe Cookery School. Discover the art of cider-making that dates back to bygone years and learn how to get the correct sugar mix and gravity; there will be an introduction into all the equipment needed; a hands-on demonstration in milling apples, pressing and storing the apple juice. At the end of the day, you will leave with a demi-john complete with a fermentation lock and a gallon of apple juice to ferment into cider at home.
