Torbay Carnival started off as just one night- procession night. It has since grown into a nine-day long event with fun for all the family.
It all starts off on Wednesday, 30th July with a Carnival Procession that leaves Paignton Green on a circular route at 7.45pm. The judging will take place on the Green at 6pm.
All is done to help raise money for local charities and organisations.
