Directions - From Exeter follow the signs to Torquay. Look out for signs for the seafront. Turn left at the seafront and follow the road round to the harbour. Turn left at the Clocktower heading towards Babbacombe. After 100 yds, turn right at traffic lights and follow road to Meadfoot. The Hotel Balmoral is the last building on the right before the beach.
